cow8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through cow8888's internal process, either party may refer the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures. As a last resort, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Makati City, Metro Manila.
